Responsibilities and Qualifications
Bring Your administrative Skills to Camp Chef!!
To serve as a key contributor in assisting the sales team, and supporting the growth of the company. The focus will be supporting the day-to-day operations of our dealers, sales representatives, account, and sales managers. This includes creating presentations, sales reports, organizing and attending trades shows, and participating in product demonstrations. You will also be responsible for managing the company pro deal program, sales tools and dispersing notes from meetings.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required - Sales, Business, or other related field.
• At least 3-5 years’ experience in sales support, database management.
• Knowledge of business processes, retail, and sales.
• Experience with building presentations, trade shows, and CRM experience preferred.
• Data drive, with a proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Assist the sales team with their needs.
Manage all trade shows and line reviews, organizing and shipping show samples.
Create sales reports on a regular basis for account managers and sales representatives. Mine sales data for opportunities or issues.
Manage all company vehicle maintenance and service.
Assist in ASI/PPAI backup. This includes working with promotional companies and the factories to create custom products.
Build presentations and sales sheets for line reviews, trade shows, and meetings.
Manage the pro deal program for the company.
Attend and take notes in every product and sales meeting, and disperse the key information to the sales team.
Keep the sales team informed of all product delivered to the warehouse.
Manage Sales Dropbox/Google drive folder.
Update customer programs on shared drive.
Manage the data asset manager.
Manage the back-end support of all key eCommerce accounts. Track and manage customer forecasts.
Manage the shared Google Calendar for the sales team.
